Bowers & Wilkins just unveiled its new Px7 S3 wireless headphones, an important update in the brand’s premium audio lineup. The launch reinforces the British manufacturer’s ongoing focus on innovation by combining advancements in active noise cancellation, audio performance, and user comfort.

Refined Sound with Greater Power

One of the main highlights of the Px7 S3 is its reworked acoustic architecture. The updated 40 mm drivers, featuring redesigned chassis and internal components (coil, suspension, and magnet), aim to deliver a more precise and balanced sound profile, with reduced distortion. Additionally, for the first time in the series, the headphones include a dedicated amplifier, boosting power without sacrificing accuracy.

Support for high-resolution codecs such as aptX Adaptive 24/96 and aptX Lossless places the Px7 S3 among the most advanced in its category—particularly appealing to users of services like Qobuz and TIDAL.

Smarter Noise Cancellation

The active noise cancellation (ANC) system also received a significant upgrade. A total of eight strategically placed microphones help to isolate external sounds more effectively: two internal, four external, and two focused on voice capture. The inclusion of ADI’s Pure Voice technology enhances voice clarity during calls, making the Px7 S3 a practical option for everyday communication, even in noisy environments.
